How many marketing requests can I submit?
After subscribing you can submit unlimited marketing requests that will be processed sequentially.
How quickly will my task request reach me?
Design turnaround times depend on the nature of the requested work. The time from start to completion runs at five days for landing page work while a social media promotion with its three posts requires a two-day work span.
Is monthly subscription available to customers?
The service operates on a monthly basis. You can purchase one month of marketing services and resume your subscription at any time that works for you.
If I need service for one request only what should I do?
That’s fine. You can stop your subscription during breaks and start it again when you need additional design work. Your subscription will not expire when you pause it.
What process enables users to pause their subscriptions?
Your marketing workload may not require a full month of service so we provide an option to pause your subscription. You currently need help with one or two marketing tasks. Our system allows you to pause your subscription whenever you need.
Our billing system operates through 31-day periods. When you pause your subscription after 21 days of service the billing cycle ends but you retain access to the remaining 10 days of service until you decide to resume.
