1. The one-question poll, asked once<\/h3>\n

Replace the post-purchase email question, which lands after the dopamine fades, with a single question on the thank-you page itself:<\/p>\n

Four buttons, one tap, no form. Tag each order with the answer and after a season you will know where your buyers actually originate, from evidence instead of the survey you keep meaning to write. 2. Ask the intended-use question on gift-mode orders only<\/h3>\n
If the order flagged itself as a gift (checkbox from checkout), the thank-you page asks the one question that changes what you should write next:<\/p>\n

3. The reorder date, shown on the spot<\/h3>\n
For consumables, the thank-you page is where a reorder promise gets made in writing:<\/p>\n
