Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once you subscribe, you can add as many marketing requests to your queue as you want, and they will be completed one at a time.
How fast will I receive my task request?
The turnaround time for your designs depends on the type of task requested. For example, a landing page design typically takes 5 days from design to going live, while a social media campaign with three posts will take about 2 days.
Can I subscribe for only a month?
This is a month to month service. You can book a month of markerting services and re-subscribe when you’re ready
What if I only have a single request?
That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when you’re finished and return when you have more design needs. This way, you won’t waste the remainder of your subscription.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you might not have enough marketing tasks to fill an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two requests right now. That’s why you can pause your subscription.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will stop, and you’ll have 10 days of service left that you can use anytime in the future.
